We\u2019re Liko and Jenn, two young Malawians who found purpose, healing, and a sense of self through fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 and gyms shut down, we felt the loss in more ways than one. But instead of giving up, we got to work. We started building homemade dumbbells and kettlebells, turning garages into spaces where people could keep moving, stay connected to their goals, and take care of their bodies even in the middle of uncertainty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the heart of everything we do is the belief that movement is a form of self-care. It\u2019s not just about getting stronger physically, it\u2019s about building confidence, finding clarity, and feeling good in your own skin.
