How should I enter my area when checking out?
Can I still order on WhatsApp or Instagram?
Not anymore. While you can still reach out to us on all our social media platforms for questions or support, all orders will now be directed here, as our new digital home
How will I know when new stock drops?
If you’ve created an account here on the website, you’ll get updates straight to your email. We’ll also share on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook so you never miss out.
How do deliveries work?
Outside Lilongwe: Pick a courier of your choice when you are checking out and pay them directly. In Lilongwe: You can pick up from us OR use the notes section to tell us your delivery preference (and any special instructions).
How long does delivery take?
Within Lilongwe: 24 hours. Outside Lilongwe: 2 to 3 days maximum
What payment options do I have?
You can use your Visa Card (look for ‘n-genius’ under payment options). If your card is not working, please select Cash on Delivery and we’ll send you our bank details.
Can I return or swap an item?
Absolutely! As long as it’s only been tried on (not worn for workouts/activities), we’ll support returns, swaps, or refunds.
Do you run sales or discounts?
Yes! Occasionally we’ll run promotions, discount codes, or special offers with our KoakhFit Athletes. Be sure to follow our socials and sign up on the site so you don’t miss out.
What if I need something specific with my order?
Easy! Just pop it into the notes section at checkout. Whether it’s delivery details or little requests, we’ll pay attention.
